Agency Principal
Our agency is based in the Greater Seattle area, and helps clients nationwide, with intelligence, fraud and background screening services. We have 22 years of experience in security and investigations, to include extensive expertise in interviewing and information searching. We have multiple partnerships with U.S. government law enforcement agencies conducting nationwide national security and public trust background and suitability investigations. The principal agent has over four years of experience conducting private sector personal injury insurance witness interviews, warrant research, insurance claim surveillance and locating people for a variety of corporate affiliates.

We have a reputation of successfully eliciting cooperation and information from all members of the general public while maintaining the utmost ethical and confidentiality standards of the profession. Our objective is to help clients with unique research and investigative challenges to meet customer goals. We are experts at conducting background and internet investigations for the purposes of corporate and personal due diligence, background screening or employment screening.
Our background screening process is Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliant and certified. Blue Eagle Security Solutions LLC develops a plan based on the needs of each individual client. Employment screenings include degree verification through the National Student Clearinghouse, employment history from The Work Number, and U.S. nationwide criminal history through court checks. We also perform a variety of investigative elements to include interviews, affidavits, court record research and social media screening.
We support private, corporate and government clients nationwide and throughout the Pacific Northwest with background checks, workplace investigations and due diligence to mitigate risk. We specialize in fraud, risk assessments and research for private and/or business clients.
The principal owner, Victoria Balzarini, is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and currently studying to be a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is also a professional member of the Association of Certified Background Investigators.
